Welcome to Prouille Catholic Primary School
We invite you to join our Prouille family
Thank you for your interest in Prouille. (Please note that enrolment for Eileen O’Connor School is here).
Prouille is a school of immense learning opportunities and innovation, supported by a nurturing and faith-led environment. Our learning specialists aim to instil a love of learning and foster a spirit of wellbeing within our students.
Please note that Prouille is a Years K to 6 feeder school for Siena Catholic College, which is a planned Years 7 to 12 Catholic high school at Pymble.
For enquiries related to this, please contact us here or email Siena Catholic College directly at: sienacatholiccollege@dbb.catholic.edu.au
Our CSBB enrolment process is designed to cover a student’s journey from Kindergarten to Year 12, by providing a quality Catholic education over this time personalised to suit a student’s individual needs. We work with families throughout this journey, through open and transparent feedback and discussion, to provide the best educational pathways for your child.
Step 1 | Contact Prouille for Enrolment Application
For all enrolment applications, please either:
- Submit an enrolment enquiry here; or
- Contact Prouille directly on the following email address: prouille@dbb.org.au
An enrolment application form will be emailed to you directly.
Step 2 | Complete the Enrolment Application
Please complete the enrolment application form, together with supporting documentation, and email this to our school at: prouille@dbb.org.au
Note that sensitive documents (e.g. birth certificates, passports etc) must be sighted in person in our office. The enrolment application cannot be finalised until all required documentation has been received, sighted and verified.
Step 3 | Enrolment Review and Assessment
Our Enrolments Officer will contact you to arrange a Family Meeting. These meetings typically occur soon after the application is submitted.
During this process, Prouille will review the Enrolment Application and seeks to consider and understand each student’s individual needs for the enrolment and transition to school.
This is a collaborative process whereby we work with your family to gather any additional information to best support your application and your child at our school.
At the Family Meeting, all parties to the enrolment application, including the enrolled student, are encouraged to attend. This meeting is a valuable opportunity to:
- Meet with the School Principal.
- Share insights about the student.
- Provide or clarify any additional information required to support the application.
- Develop a shared understanding of our Family Charter and Enrolment Conditions.
Step 4 | Enrolment Offer or Waitlist
After the application has been reviewed and all relevant information has been collected and assessed, you will be contacted directly by Prouille regarding your application. The outcome of your Enrolment Application is based on the CSBB Enrolment Principles (see below) and supporting information.
Step 5 | Confirmation of Enrolment
Following an Enrolment Offer, all parties to the Enrolment Application will be asked to sign and complete the Enrolment Agreement by a requested date. Confirmation of Enrolment will only be confirmed once the Enrolment Agreement is signed and submitted.
Once the signed Enrolment Agreement has been submitted and verified against the Enrolment Application, you will receive a confirmation of the enrolment.
Step 6 | Welcome to Catholic Schools Broken Bay
Congratulations! Welcome to CSBB and to Prouille.
Once you have received the Confirmation of Enrolment, we will then provide you with the transition dates to welcome your family to our school community. We welcome you to our beautiful school.
